When finished we'll put the bike on a scale to weigh it! should be a big difference... if not my wallet will weigh less for sure though! :rofl:

Well I'm probably forgetting a few things now.... As I already wrote: The bike is not done jet but will be in a few weeks from now. Also a website is under construction.

A manager of Ohlins took a lot off pictures from the bike but the red spring was a Sin. :innocent:

The exhaust.... the other slip-ons wich are roadlegal just came in!! So hope to make some pictures soon.

Also the Stuabli's on the bike first came from the Renault F1 team with an Titinium inside. How I got them.... well let's say Steven is like a ... like a...... :think:uuuh he is great. Smile

This how it is now with the Peugeot 908 staubli's a lot shorter and nicer color. The other looks more like a fairground. Wink

All these changes were made in Steven Casaer's shop,.... he was a testrider for MV and developed the 1000cc engine. He also wirtes reviews for a Belgium magazine and had the opertunit to drive the most outrages bikes out there.... including Rossi's bike. cool

I can tell you guys the ride is hard work to get everything together on time. Just like for example the exhaust.... damn had a lot of contact with Yoshiumra to arrange it.... started in december... the exhaust just arrived two weeks ago!! In Europe we have a standard for streetlegal bikes and it isn't on it.... aaargh so I ordered two other slip-ons with Db-killers and the E-stamp so I can switch. But now we have to adjust a lot of things: wrong diameter, wrong hang-up points...and so on.
Also a lot of thing had to be custom made for the bike.

The swingarm is back where it belongs (the paddock holders were removed; is only useless weight). They were also able to complete the rear Brembo... everything finished with titanium:

Also the quick release fitting is installed for the rear. Smile

After a lot of problems with a Yoshimura dealer..... finally everything arrived and is in place.

So now I have two exhaust.... one RVS with Db-killer and a stamp for track-days and Germany. The other one is open from titanium.

Notice the Yoshimura relief in the exhaust... damn what a detail

The RVS silencer is mounted on the same pipe... so easy to change with the titanium exhaust. The brackets on the exhaust that aren't used can be removed, but I 'll probably leave them... resell value will be higher and I only will use them on the track.

For now we are using springs form laser and extended parts.... but we will find an other solution.

Front is done now with the titanium end with Teflon race cap.

The part between the RVS silencer and the link pipe. CNC from 7075 aluminum this also is the DB-killer in the same time.... So the rear will stay nice.

We already tested the bike in SPA and it runs great. This still was with the original dash and orginal rearbrake pomp.

After Brussel the bike will be displayed in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. Then finaly I will take it to Spain to Albacete. Can't wait...... pfffff.....waited over a year for Lt. to be finished!! Hope won't get rit of it in the first bend. Razz

The Akra's on the bike aren't mine!! They are a Prototype and will come out for the K8 in March this year. The carbon parts are also from Akra and isn't mine as well. Luckly I think the Yoshimura's exhaust are more beutifull then these. cool

Also a great detail to show you guys the effort was put in this bike was the rearbrake lever.

We drawed an adapter to make the lever paralel to the brakelever. So it feels more natural and your hand will stay in the same place.

Beneath you can see the adapapter from below how we even made it fit smoothly against the brakingpomp

Now from the site you can see that it is paralel

For example below the rearbrake lever from Troy Corser, wich you can see is mounted straight.

Well,

1. Triple clam? Don;t know exactly what you meen by that. If it is the clam for the thumb rearbrake... it is possible to send you one. Except still it will need some final adjustment by your self!

2. You can order titanium bolts at for example Pro-bolt. Only the quality isn't that good. We used bolts from Poggipolin (also the supplier for Ferrari, Ducati and Yamaha) Sitll some of it is CNC.... the 70/75 airplane aluminium is CNC and anodized with a special color. We have some bolts left so we can supply those as well.

3. Because the brake is on top of your swing arm you 'll have to modify the swing arm..... and make a special adapter for it. Prices in Amerika for the Brembo cilinder are way cheaper then over here in Europe. So best for you is to order it overthere. if you want we can deliver the adapter for the rear swing-arm..... but you'll have to install it yourself.

Sur une des photos on voir la plaque qui a été floutée mais dans le carré bleu restant (et non flouté) j'ai cru lire un "L". "L" pour lululand.

Si c'est le cas je pourrais peut-être la voir...
